This command will respond with a link to the account website. On this website, you will be able to create and manage your tipping account.
The link contains a unique ID that will be used to link your account to your Discord user.
In order to create an account you have to connect your MetaMask wallet. Using both your Discord ID and wallet address the Bank contract will create a tipping account for you
